My name is Stephen J. Wright and, for over 20 years, I’ve been transforming companies into successful business models. I craft strategies for maximizing the business benefits and deliver technology-focused initiatives for consistently high customer experience.

I have always pursued the boldest challenges. My motivation? Envisioning sustainable organizational and customer value, through fostering innovative models. On this exciting path, I discovered a passion for unlocking new levels of prosperity, not only for the organization but also for society. From my extensive knowledge, I realized that innovation is the master key to competitiveness. That is why, my favourite recipe for success is disruption from within the organization.
When I take on a challenge, I craft a journey which transforms processes, cultures and products alike. Through strategy, leadership, innovative models and tools, I help organizations reinvent themselves for smooth transition to a digital and circular model.

Partner and Board member of zehnplus, AI software development company based in Zürich.

Founding member of the World Innovation Forum.

Lecturer at Zürich and Luzern Universities of Applied Sciences “Masters level” since 2016.

CEO of Melita communications, launched a new Mobile communication platform, from initial licence bid to building the infrastructure (Network, CRM, Billing, Stores, Logistics etc.) to a fully operational business.

CEO of Fibernet, turnaround from loss making –5% EBITDA to a +45% EBITDA growth, divested to UPC and merged with competitor Invitel.

COO and Board member of Invitel, leading 900 people (IT Networks, Care, Sales) through a profitable transformation. Sold to Digi in 2016.

CIO & Operations Director at Cablecom, part of the executive management team that turned around Cablecom and sold it to Liberty Global.
